It has been a little over 10 years since fate took us to Mas Les Carreres. We were seduced by its great beauty, where the nature and the environment dazzles and is full of life.

We had a dream. We wanted to have a herd of cows that would fill our pastures with life. And we did it. Today a good handful of Salers, Limousins and Friesians make up our herd and graze around our farmhouse. 

It has not been easy. The world of the peasantry is arduous, with sweet moments and other complicated ones, but we have always worked with the objective that our herd is in the best pastures, without polluting products and in full freedom in order to offer quality products to our clients. 

Our wish is that you like our veal and enjoy a good meal with a very healthy and nutritious food for your body.
